North was the first song composed by Ross Christopher for this project. It served as the project’s cardinal direction - lilting between ambient minimalism and orchestral space. North begins with a simple felt piano melody and slowly introduces delicate violins, violas, and cellos. It’s washed with emotion, yearning, and hopefulness.
