Charles Szczepanek - Holding Hands

From Charles,

"The inspiration for "Holding Hands" came from the very general idea of 'warmth' that we feel around those we love. The music isn't too deep, or too poignant, but lovely in just the right amount. My wife had the brilliant idea to name the piece "Holding Hands," and now I can't imagine it with any other title! The melody here actually began as an idea for a vocalise. If you know of the famous Rachmaninoff Vocalise or even perhaps the beautiful vocalise "Where Dreams are Born" by John Williams in his score for "A.I." ... that was the original tonal vision."
